Return & Replacement Policy

Solar Baba, a flagship initiative of the StenJaan Group — we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Return & Replacement Policy outlines the conditions under which products can be returned or replaced.

Eligibility for Return & Replacement

You may request a return or replacement if:

      • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or not as described
      • The item is missing parts or incomplete
      • The wrong product was shipped
      • The product is non-functional upon first use

Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return:

      • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery
      • The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging
      • All accessories, manuals, and tags must be intact
      • Proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) is required

Replacement Policy

We offer free replacement under the following conditions:

      • The product is eligible for return (see above)
      • A replacement unit is available in stock
      • The issue is verified by our support team

If a replacement is not available, we may offer a refund or store credit at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or replacement:

      • Products damaged due to misuse or unauthorized installation
      • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
      • Consumables or perishable goods
      • Customized or made-to-order products

How to Initiate a Return or Replacement

To initiate a request:

      1. Email us at Support@SolarBaba.In with your order details and issue description
      2. Attach clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
      3. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with next steps

Pickup & Reverse Logistics

      • We will arrange pickup for eligible returns at no extra cost
      • In some cases, you may be asked to ship the item to our nearest service center
      • Refunds or replacements will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected

Refund Timeline

      • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval
      • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, based on your preference
